Lal's resting place - November 2010

As a teenager, Judith Larraine Tait (Lal) spent many happy hours with her cousins playing in the Gower not that far from Pwll Du. Sadly taken from us way too early and living in New Zealand, Lal's heart always lay with her birthplace of South Wales. Her ashes were brought back and following a long trek by those same none-too-young cousins, including wading though icy streams, Lal's ashes were buried with ceremony beneath a tree overlooking a running stream. A plaque was placed on the tree and Lal now Rests in Peace is this idyllic spot. We all love and miss Lal and these pictures show to what lengths we will go to honour her memory.
